About This File

By Lonno

This was made last year not knowing exactly if it would ever be made public or not for a few reasons. Since seeing the amount of damage at Ebisu caused by the recent earthquake I decided it would be a good opportunity to raise some money for the Ebisu GoFundMe by putting the track on Gumroad until the end of the GoFundMe campaign and giving 100% of the donations received(minus fees) to the GoFundMe page.

This is more of a version 0.9 as some things were never finished last year, so some details that were initially planned didn't make it. Some things that will hopefully be in the next version are in the track description. Please only share track with the gumroad link until the end of the GoFundMe campaign.

Even though a LOT has been changed, please also consider supporting the developers of Drift21 by buying their game as this probably wouldn't have been possible to make without them.

I’ll also be making the name on the GoFundMe donation as ‘Assetto Corsa Community’ or something like that. Each week all the donations will be added to the GoFundMe until the end of the campaign. After that, a Google Drive Link will be made.

I have been to Ebisu twice and hope to go many more times, so keeping Ebisu going strong is very important to me :) Enjoy.

Note: I am getting a bug with the trees using CSP Patreon only version 1.74 when rain is turned on. I’m not sure what is causing this but I’m hoping it will fix itself when the rain is updated and added to the public build. If you are using the CSP public version, you won’t have this issue.

Since uploading I have found that at least 1 person so far has an issue loading the track when the animated spectator is being used. If you have issues with it crashing, remove the aps_test_5.kn5 file from the folder. If I can't figure out what's causing it by the time I upload to a public google drive, I'll add 2 track configurations so servers can run the version without the animated file to avoid any issues of joining servers. :)

TL;DR Version: Raising money for Ebisu damage repairs from recent earthquake. Track will be on Gumroad until the end of Ebisu GoFundMe campaign, after that a Google Drive Link will be made. Please only share track with the gumroad link until the end of the GoFundMe campaign.

What's New in Version 1.1   See changelog

First of all, huuge thank you to everyone that has donated! We have raised over $800USD for the Ebisu GoFundMe which was not expected when it was completely optional to donate! I’ll be sending that to the Gofundme as soon as GumRoad releases the donations made by credit card, which should be on the 19th-20th.

Because of the somewhat rushed release, track cameras and outline maps were forgotten but I have uploaded a new version to the Gumroad page (Remember, you can type 0 to get it for free).

If you got it for free (which is totally fine ) but have really enjoyed the track so far, here is a chance to chuck in for the Ebisu Repairs before I take the Gumroad page down

Expect a bigger update in a month or so with these added things:

- Physical road mesh

- Wall lined with animated spectators holding traffic wand lights, baseball bats and of course.. more wall slappers.

- Pit area with other animated people

- Fixed horizon level

- Fixed animated spectator looking like a zombie at night (this 3D model was never meant to be in a public version, more of a test)

- Improved performance

- New Trees

- Vertical tree shadows

- Interiors for buildings which will make the windows look much better as well

- Improved textures

- Improved kerbs

- other minor cosmetic improvements

- more things I have forgotten

If you’re someone that has issues with crashing when loading, remove the aps_test_5.kn5 in the track folder. But make sure your CSP is updated to see if that fixes it first.

Big thank you to

Leonardo Ratafiá

for the track cameras and

Shaun Dallwitz

Aussie Drift Co

) for doing an awesome job getting the word out about the track and Gofundme
